Refund policy

At Fynvox, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Returns submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable)
  • Items damaged through improper use or negligence

How to Request a Return

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • An incorrect item was shipped by Fynvox.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
