All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our customer support team.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

From time to time, Fynvox may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Fynvox is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Address changes may not be possible once order processing has begun.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the package and product (if applicable)

Our team will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to find an appropriate resolution.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
